At The Catholic Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of faith-inspired goods. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, prayer cards, or certificates are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please keep your tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
